The media could not be loaded.  I brought it for my kid ... But as it deliy it has many scratches in it

I bought this in Novemeber and it stopped working by last week of december.

This is an AWESOME, reliable little tablet and a really great deal!! I purchased this for my 3 year old for a long road trip so I wouldn't have to give up my phone, and she's become quite attached to it. It uses an Android OS and you can set up using your Google account to get started downloading apps from the Play Store. The Pritom Kids app allows you to create a closed/safe "kids mode" desktop environment where you can add or remove the apps of your choosing. It also comes with a selection of pre-loaded educational apps that you can keep or remove as you choose. (Note the games within the apps like Montessori you can choose from will need to be downloaded, so make sure you have a stable internet connection for setup before you hand it over, to avoid future toddler meltdowns ;)) Loading speed is quite good and touch sensitivity is just perfect. Battery life is longer than expected but of course depends on use. Before I bought this tablet I had only tried Amazon's tablets, which are very slow, have poor touch sensitivity, and use proprietary software (lots of subscription and commercial stuff, e.g. Disney. I really just wanted to put Sago Mini World, YT Kids, and some Chinese learning apps on for my kid but could do NONE of that on Amazon.)The Pritom Kids tablet is really just what I wanted and needed and would highly recommend if you're looking for a safe and customizable experience for your child!!

This tablet is a very nice tablet. The stand on the case makes it idea for kids to watch movies or YouTube videos. The battery life on this tablet is awesome also and lasts for a long extended time. It wont go dead fast which helps on long vehicle rides to entertain kids for hours. The kids app is a good feature also because it locks kids into only being able to access what the parent wants them to access. The app is also easy to use for both parents and kids.

Daughter tablet won’t connect to WiFi and son’s tablet won’t allow me to put in the password literally the same day the tablets came. I’ve had cheaper tablets with better quality.

It runs really slow and hard to unlock. we have to swipe a few times to get it to unlock. When my daughter tries to use it on some games, it lags and she gets really frustrated. Going to have to get something else that actually runs so she can actually play her learning games. You get what you pay for I guess.

Iike the tablet for the most part , and I got it cause all the reviews seem really good compared to alot of other tablets but to me it don't seem that durable like they made it out to be , the tablet it self kinda seems cheap nd the case is not at all what I thought it was, I thought it would fit the tablet nice and snug but it don't, the tablet is lose in side the case nd I can't use the volume buttons with the case on it , I gotta take case off every time i need to use use the volume buttons bottoms nd that a lil frustrating! so over all it's ok..... I was so excited about it but now I'm just ok with it.
