It's BlueParrot and simply the BEST! I've tried many others and always return to BlueParrot. My first one lasted well over a DECADE and still works! Sound clarity, wind noise reduction, comfort, battery life, solid Bluetooth connectivity, and construction bulletproof! There's NOT a better brand!

Return Went Well
Never worked -- was past return date. Amazon worked with the Vendor to get it returned and no fee. The C-400-xt works really, really well!!! Wish BlueParrot would offer a unit that ties into the laptop !!! Hmmm - would be nice.
