寝そべって、自分でお腹に落として腹筋を鍛えるのに使っています手で持つとかなりの重さ(18.1kg)ですが 自分の目的用途ですとちょうどいい普通の腹筋より腰にこないから気に入っているただし、重すぎて他の事に使えないのでもっと軽いものも追加購入しました---------------むかし、子供がまだ小学生の頃腹を踏んでもらっていたら人生で初めて割れました大きくなってやってくれなくなり、やがてリバウンド。久しぶりにこちらの方法で再開しようと思いました
