Great product. Long lasting and dog loves them. When they chew them down just pop in microwave and they become poof treats!! Will no longer buy rawhide’s..plus they are digestible.

Ok, first of all, my dogs LOVED these. I have two ‘just shy of 100lbs.’ German Shepherd dogs. Generally I have to buy antlers because they are such heavy chewers. They seem to have now become bored with antlers. So I’ve been curious about these Yak cheese thingy’s! I bought 2 of the ‘Monster size’ bars (7.4 oz, each, it says).So here’s my actual review:1) My dogs DiD LoVe these bars!2) The bars Were actually holding up to their powerful chewing!! I Was Impressed!!3) I got up to go to the kitchen and stepped on something very hard and sharp. My foot was Bleeding!?4) I turned my lamp up brighter and at that point I could see several ‘shards’ of what felt like glass, that’s what was in my foot. As my dogs were chomping away on these blocks they were splintering. And because these things are Solid it was like glass. I’m afraid that if a dog was to swallow one of these shards it could be a real emergency. From swallowing to (hopefully) making it all the way through, these are so sharp and hard that it’s frightening to think of what could happen on that journey?5) Sadly, I had to take their new chompy bars away from them. We were All disappointed. I tried the microwave thing that a lot of people say to do, to puff them up and make them softer. That didn’t work for me at all. So unfortunately, I paid over $30 for these 2 cheese blocks that I have to give to my friend with a much smaller dog.6) Sooo, I do recommend these Yak cheese bars. Just maybe not for super chewers?7) THE END.

My puppy loves this cheese chew right out the package while my older dog likes them best after a trip in the microwave.

I'll admit I was skeptical about "yak cheese", but I think it turned out to be a decent product. My little guy loved them; he's not the most aggressive chewer, but he's persistent. Spent about 5 hours on it before I took it away. No real odor. Left a little bit of white debris, but that vacuums up fine when dry.But, I have to give 3 stars just because it didn't agree with my dog. He ended up vomiting and having diarrhea for a day. I didn't see anyone else complain about that so I assume it's just my dog's allergy, hence still 3 stars. He's feeling better now.

I got the pack of 8 small pieces for my 1 year old dachshunds. They seem interested and took off to chew on them. So far they still choose a pigs ear over a yak but came back to ask for a second one after tucking the first one safe in their bed. I will keep them in stock as long as they seem to like them.I weighed them and they ranged in size from 7-11g each and were pretty close in size. The size is good for my 10-20lb dogs but would be too small for my Standard Poodles that weigh 50 & 70lbs each. Definitely need a bigger size for my big boys.

This is one of the better cheese bones. Dog loves them. Although we had a little trouble finding the parcel as it was dropped off in front of one of our sheds.
