I find the arms a bit long but otherwise true to size.

Not stiff or sticky, amazing quality. I like the inner fleece of the hoodie keeps her warm and cozy.

This is an excellent quality rain jacket for a toddler. The inside is lined with soft terrycloth, and the outside is waterproof without being stiff or noisy. I much prefer the zip of this jacket to other jackets that have snaps. The pockets are well placed and easy for a toddler to use. I bought it quite large to give us a long lifespan, and I just fold the sleeves up.As many other reviewers note, the hood is disproportionately small. Perhaps it's good that it's not too deep -- it doesn't flop into my child's face. But it is also short. If the jacket were not 1-2 sizes bigger than he currently wears, when the hood is up, it clearly would pull up the shoulders of the jacket. He's not very tolerant of hoods anyway, though, so this is not a dealbreaker for us.

This jacket is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the hood is way too small. My child has a head circumference of 20 inches, and it is 13 inches long from nape of neck to front/top of hairline. This hood barely reaches her forehead, and when I try to pull it forward, it pulls the fabric on her shoulders. I have included images of measurements.Besides the hood, the jacket is very well made and fits great in all other areas. I’m sad it didn’t work for us.
