I really like this product. Definitely works hand and forearm muscles. Very good with those like me that have arthritis. Unfortunately the gray bands tore after about 20 uses. Using the black band now. we will see how long it last.

Great product just wish the velcro or the wrist strap was tighter or better way to increase the difficulty inside of the small piece of metal that slips out easily

Awkward and uncomfortable, works only the indeed and middle fingers. Waste of time and money.

It fell apart after 3 uses, it doesn't fit everyone's fingers. My 14yr old son tried it even he had a hard time trying to get his fingers in it. For as cheap as they are they didn't have much resistance and didn't expect them to last too long but really? 3 uses and they were in the trash.

I tried using this product for my forearm development. Wrist circumference was way too small not advertised for men and the rubber tension bands broke when I was placing them over my hands. Would reccomend for a small child.
