Fantastic formula!
I bought Pest Expert Formula 'B+' Advanced Rat Poison Grain Bait 1kg over a year ago, and I’m relieved to say I finally haven’t had any rats or mice since. Works well , but not instantly, be patient.
This product seems to have worked well. One of my cats must have captured a rat which then escaped and burrowed into my electric rising settees. I found stuffing coming out when the seats were raised along with rat droppings. I tried traps and a bait station first but no success, The bait in the station went untouched and more stuffing appeared. So I tried this new bait, it was almost immediately eaten and this morning after 4 days of using it I found the dying rat under the raised foot rest. Brilliant.

No rats for over 13 months. Good product. Will buy again.
Easy to put onto traps. Nothing else to do except try and put them near a fence or wall or near where you've seen any rats away from the site of any children. Value for money would definitely buy again if needed.

Helpful product
Very effective. No sign of rats for some time now and I live by a railways line in front of a farm. The rats were becoming a bit cheeky and over familiar!
