So when I first got the coconut milk and opened it up I had never seen coconut milk all grainy and gunked up. A big clump of coconut fat then water like you went to a water park. Yet the taste is probably the sweetest, most authentic coconut milk ever. Keep in mind it has no guar gum so your going to get how coconut milk really is. Do not be attached to how something looks unless it's got mold and other visible wear and tare but really the wholeness of it all. I am grateful for this coconut milk and will buy again. I am grateful these ladies do what they do. I am grateful they sale on Amazon because I was able to discover it. Great coconut milk!! Thank you.

worse coconut milk I've ever had. Really surprised at the texture and overall consistency. If I could return it I would. Horrible stuff I'll never buy again

We eat coconut milk a lot and I’ve never really payed attention to the brand. But this one stands out for two reasons.Texture: It’s thick throughout the can. I’ve never seen that before. Usually there is a cap of fat at the top and a watery milk below. Maybe that’s because there’s no guar gum which is also a plus.Flavor: It has a gentle sweetness vs. the over-processed saccharine sweet. And mostly, it really tastes like coconut.It’s delicious!

I have been using the 6-pack of Thai Kitchen coconut milk in cartons for several years but wanted to switch to organic, so tried this. It is thick and lumpy, so I had to add water and shake vigorously to get it the right consistency for my mocha drink and Thai food recipes. It's OK with the added water, and will go farther, so it's not much of a problem--just not what I was expecting.

Did you know coconut milk from other companies is sometimes produced with coconuts harvested by monkeys? Animal cruelty makes me lose my appetite. Star Anise products are cruelty-free and that makes them delicious!!!Next to being cruelty-free, what I love most about this coconut milk is its beautiful coconutty fragrance. It also has a delicate sweetness. I haven't baked with it yet, but imagine it will result in tender desserts!! Glad to have found this product.

This coconut milk had a great consistency, fragrance, and taste. I decided to try something other than curries, and since receiving it, I have made Coconut Fish and Tomato Bake, Chicken Satay-Style, and a vegetarian dish of stuffed cabbage with curry coconut milk and chickpeas, which is in my oven right now. The fish dish knocked it out of the park, wish I would have taken a picture of it, a beautiful dish as well as delicious.

Has grainy texture. Even put in my blender but nothing helps. Stay away from this one
