Surprisingly Worked
Actually surprised that this worked and looks the same as OEM part. Instillation was not the easiest but watch the video and be sure to use a very thin flat head screwdriver to get vent out.

What a pain in the ass to install though, but that’s reflective of BMW engineering, not of this product.

Great Fix but NOT easy. Video isn’t clear.
I would give 5 stars if only they made a video showing exactly where the put the screw driver and what it grips on before pulling out the unit, cause if you make one won’t move you can break the vent and then you’re in trouble… a better video on how to do this fix would give this product 5 Stars. Also, no mechanic wants to touch this due to liability, leaving me with having to do it myself, and honestly I’m afraid to touch it also…

You need to take the lift part out the one I marked to assemble it together it's easier than the video

Terrible Quality didn’t even hold up 30 days.
overall this product was of less quality than the original out the box. However it did look the part! Before 30 days the silver trim on the bottom flap fell off and now my vent looks terrible. I reached out for assistance so if they respond with a solution I will update my review. As of now don’t bother purchasing this item, it will NOT last.
