My Heart is a Poem

This is such a gorgeous poetry collection and suitable for all ages. I read this to my children (2 and 5 years old) and they sat silently for the whole book. The poems definitely help children to understand their feelings and the complications that come with navigating this world. As an adult I got so much from this book too and I'll be reading it again and again for sure!
