Pre-drilled holes match with nearly all standard roof racks. If there's still no match, you can drill new holes.

There are multiple holes in the bottom, to be used for mounting. The holes not used can allow water in. Why do you say this is waterproof?

It's indeed waterproof. Please use the stickers that came with the box - those are for covering the holes. If you don't have them, please contact us to request them (contact information is in the manual). Please nite that those holes are located underneath the box and will not cause water to leak in. Please make sure to follow the instructions. For example, make sure to close and lock the box carefully - all latches must engage after locking.
