annoyingly inconsistent performance!
handwash bottle delivery system has to be realigned regularly to produce soap..

Disappointing first impression
I love the concept and it works as expected, however for the price the presentation is horrible. Items came in this rough dirty box with random cardboard pieces and "raindrop tape", the dispenser was dusty and the tablets were loose on the bottom. Definitely does not reflect the priceIs this how the packaging should look like, or is it a mistake?

A nice starter pack but the soap is very lightly fragranced
This is a nice eco-friendly starter pack and a good way to start using sustainable products to reduce waste. You get a glass bottle and two soap tablets in this pack. You simply fill the bottle with warm tap water and pop in a tablet for 40 minutes. I slightly overfilled my bottle as I wasn’t sure how much water to put in and I went to mid-shoulder (as you can see on my photo) which was a bit too much when I inserted the pump. The tablet doesn’t foam up so you don’t need to worry about it frothing over as it dissolves. The pump produces a foam when depressed; sometimes it’s thick foam and sometimes it’s a little watery. I’m using the mint & white tea tablet and it has a very light fragrance that’s barely noticeable. You also get a bergamot tablet in the pack, which I haven’t tried yet.I’m choosing to order refillable products to try to reduce plastic waste so this refillable glass hand soap bottle is a great item to have. Although I was a little underwhelmed by the light fragrance at first, it’s the perfect hand soap for the kitchen as I don’t want any strong fragrances to linger after washing my hands. The starter pack is quite expensive, priced at £17.99 (at the time of review), as four refill tablets can be purchased for £7.20 so you’re paying £14.39 for the glass bottle.

Good idea
I've been using this sustainable hand soap set for a couple of weeks now, and I must say, it's a solid 4-star product. The glass dispenser has an elegant look, and the silicone base adds a touch of natural colour that complements both my kitchen and bathroom. I truly appreciate the eco-friendliness of the refill tablets, making me feel good about reducing plastic waste. In terms of user experience, the foaming action is lovely and gentle on my hands. However, one small drawback is the scent. Although it's there, it's not as pronounced as I'd prefer. But considering the positive impact on the environment and the effectiveness of the soap, I'm willing to compromise on the scent. So, if you're looking for an eco-friendly hand soap solution, give this one a try!

Nice glass bottle
We have slowly been trying to get away from the single use household items and this beautiful glass bottle sits really nicely on the bathroom sink, with the silicone base keeping it from moving around. There are 2 small tablets individually wrapped and all that's needed is to drop one into the bottle with some warm water,it takes roughly 30 minutes for the tablet to dissolve fully, and once dissolved it takes a few pumps of the plunger to get a good amount of foam to wash your hands. The foam has a slight scent neither good or bad,i was expecting a decent smell with the foam but never mind, the foam washes hands ok but in all fairness i personally prefer the liquid soap.I really like the idea of this product and when these tablets are finished i will try some liquid soap in and if that works will buy that in bulk. At £17.99 at the time of writing this review i feel it is a little expensive for what it is.

Nice sustainable concept
I like that the Raindrop Sustainable Hand Soap is vegan, palm oil-free, and that the amber Foaming Glass Dispenser Bottle is made from 50% recycled glass.Having made the transition to veganism on 1st January 2012, after 21 years as a vegetarian, one of my New Year resolutions for this year was to stop buying, eating or using anything which contained palm oil. It has been a revelation to discover just how difficult it is to adhere to that resolution, but I have, and will continue to do so.So I am very pleased that, in addition to being very environmentally friendly, Raindrop Hand Soap is also palm oil-free!I very much like the concept of using the same container and buying refills. In fact, I have been doing that for several years with my vegan Omega 3 DHA supplement, and last year I switched to a vegan refillable deodorant system, which I have found to be very effective and economical. The amber Foaming Glass Dispenser Bottle is very presentable with its silicone base, and weighs 283g when empty. It came with 2 Soap Drops - Mint & White Tea, and Bergamot, which I would imagine are the least popular of the 6 Scented Soap Drops.IMO this is a nice sustainable concept, but I am not 100% sold on it yet, and that is why I have given it a 4 Stars rating.

Lovely Quality Hand Soap Dispenser
A really nice concept to be more sustainable at home. The product I received contained two packs including mint and bergamot, as well as the dispenser itself. Although maybe not the scents I would have chosen myself, they represent the scents well. It's very easy to set the dispenser up by dissolving a tablet in warm water for a while and it's ready to go. I also tried using the dispenser with a mix of regular liquid hand soap and water and this also works really well. There are plenty of other scents to try when the trial ones in the box run out too, the bottle itself is really nice quality so I feel it will last a long time.

Nice but pumps leak
I like the soap, the weighty substantial bottle and the subtle scent. However, I don't like the constant dribbling from under the screwcap which leaves a messy looking streak down the bottle when it dries and a circle of moisture around the silicone base. The same is happening on both of the bottles I bought for myself, and having also bought a set as a gift, I'm reluctant to give them. I have tried screwing on the caps as tight as I dare for fear of snapping them and rendering them completely useless, but it doesn't stop the leak. Disappointed at the moment. I will edit the review if I find a solution.
