Works great , easily folds while frozen to put where you what it and stays cold for a long time !!

My review below is from around 2016 or so.AND I just ordered two more. Mine were confiscated at EWR! Really. So, be aware, I was told unless frozen, I can't travel with them (THOUGH at MYR they allowed them).THE ONLY thing I'd like to know is HOW to not have them begin to get little spots of what looks like fungus. I mean, they don't sweat...or don't seem to so I don't get it... I use for 30, then put right back into freezer. I mean, it took 2 years before the spots began (and only on one of the 3 I have). BUT it doesn't stop me from say, clearly they are the best at flexibility AND holding the cold.I recently bought a wrap and ice pack set branded: PhysioNatural... I still had one CORE left, but thought wrapping would be nice (for foot). Anyway, LSS, that product didn't have the cold the CORE does, and didn't hold the cold as long.STILL recommend these!--We bought one. LOVED IT.LOVE that it is so versatile. It is a soft icy-cold versus a hard, clumpy ice...so it's great when you want to 'lay on it' for your lower back. It forms to the shoulder, which is why we originally got it for my husbands pre-surgical shoulder. AND it doesn't sweat. Which you know, is simply NICE... No drips and wet clothing, or wet mattress or couch.We loved these so much, we turned around and bought more... another of the, I think it's 6x10 size (or around that) and the next bigger one.I also was impressed at the warm up of these...we did the 30 second at a time in the microwave and when it felt right, we took it out.For both uses, it keeps the freeze about 1 1/2 hours, and the heat about a good hour...just right by most standards.Now we have three, the two 6x10's in the freezer to rotate for long term use, and the one 6x10 in our pantry for when we want hot... and we keep the larger one also just in case...in the freezer.A sure recommendation.

I love the size and feel of this ice pack. I use it for my shoulder and a family member used it for their ankle. Stays cold for a long time.

Great cold pack! What I like most about it is that it’s pliable! It DOESNT turn into a solid block like a lot of ice packs.

Love these cause they can be heated or iced and can go right next to your skin

These don’t freeze the skin. My chiropractor uses them!

I've used lots of ice packs over the past few years, and these are by far the best. They have lots of filling, retaining the cold longer, and stay flexible when frozen. The covering is soft and comfortable.

I have been looking for a replacement for some very old soft ice packs for quite a while. After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. It arrived as it was described and it stays cold for 20-30 minutes as was described. I like that there are other sizes and will be ordering more.

Great product! Holds the cold to allow for longer time icing away the aches. I am very happy with the speedy delivery of my order, too. :)
