The necklace is broken after a few months of regular use. I don't even use them daily.My skin is sensitive to sticky gel. That leaves no way for me to wear and use the device.They said they have one year warranty. I just reached out to them. wondering if they replace the necklace....I hope they do have a good customer care team.

This little gadget is great! It's a gentle vibration every time I slouch, and just after a few uses, I've conditioned myself to adjust my posture even without the device. I have scoliosis so it's especially important that I keep good posture, and this is a helpful tool! Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the product. I use it everyday and I feel the difference with my posture. I would totally recommend it.

I have to sit a lot for work and started having terrible back aches, so I got the Bestand to improve my posture. It is very sensitive and can be programmed to different degrees of slouching and intervals to buzz, which I like a lot. After about 2 weeks, I feel the difference in my posture and am more aware of how I stand. So in general, I would say it is a good product.The necklace is nice but it doesn't pick the slouching as much as using adhesives. Also, this gadget will measure the degree the back is in, so it can't pick up on how much I round my shoulders forward. If you want to stop rounding your shoulders, it might not be for you.I would recommend using it for a short period of time and extending use slowly. I used it for too long the first day and ended up with shoulder pain. Remember you are using muscles you probably don't use regularly so it takes time for them to strengthen and adjust to the new posture.The battery lasts pretty long and app is easy to use, very simple. However, I cannot compare a day with another too easily, or how well I am doing in general. I think the app needs some work.

Last Update: The more I use this the more displeased I am, so I am downgrading to one star. I always turn the device off through the app, but it somehow has data from the last two nights when I wasn't wearing, all through the night. And then it also deleted all my data from the entire 6 or so hours I wore it yesterday. The app is entirely unusable.Update: After some more use I am downgrading to 2 stars. The app is actively deleting days worth of past data. I've used this for at least a week now, but it is only showing two days of data. I also have a friend who bought the name brand and have seen how well that app works. Buy the name brand.The device was easy to set up and works exactly as expected, however that app is terrible. After using the app for the second day, I realized that my "uptime" goal from the day before hadn't set back to zero. I thought maybe the time zone was off, but buy the fourth day, my "uptime" is a total of the entire time I've used the product. Since this is supposed to be a daily goal, this completely negates this feature of the app. (Which happens to be main goal of the app) I also expected the app to adjust your goals on its own. For example, the first day you'd have a goal of 15 minutes, the second day you'd have a goal of 20 minutes, etc., but that is not the case. I can change the goal in the settings, and there is no suggested times, leaving me to figure out on my own how much I should be using this device each day.Furthermore, on my fourth day of using the app, it already decided it could not find the device, no matter how many times I tried. I eventually had to completely delete the tracker and set it up as a new device again. From my experience so far, and other reviews I have read, I expect this to happen again. (Update: a few days after writing this, it did happen again.)I will get my purpose out of this device, but am extremely displeased with the user experience. Know that this is only half the price of the name brand one because they've put way less work into making it a usable product.

I like this unit a lot. It works very well. I love that it comes with an app and it is extremely customizable. The only problem is, the sticky pads do not keep the unit on my back, no matter what I do. Even when I wipe with the alcohol beforehand. I really didn't want the lanyard because I don't like the way it looks, but I'm going to have to get it because it's the only way I can use this device.

Unit works well reminding when posture needs correcting. The app is a good feature, so you can see how you do. The necklace is a good idea. I had trouble with the plug in on the one in original shipment. I emailed seller, and promptly was sent a new one, that works well. I move around a lot and the magnet isn't strong enough to stay together. It is a great idea, and I am trying to figure out a way to make it stay hooked. I did do the sticky one day it worked good. But the hassle of off/on and remembering for showering/hot tubs etc., I'd like to not deal with.

I purchased this to help with my poor posture, which was getting worse as I push 60 years old. I’m 6’5” and have slumped over a computer and when Walking (especially when I’m tired) for years. Immediately the device helped and alerted me through your choice of long, short or medium length buzz’s that you were slumping. I’ve been wearing it on and off for about 2 weeks and even when I’m not wearing it I’ve noticed I need to correct my posture and I straighten up. I’ve been using the stick-in method and they Have lasted around 3 weeks. Not sure about the “necklace” as seems a little more helpful for women potentially. I don’t wear any jewelry, so not my thing. I have submitted suggestions on improving calibration and reducing the biz time shortest from 5 seconds to 2 or 3 seconds to alert you to re-correct your posture. Overall, I love the device and am considering buying one for my 25 year daughter to make sure she doesn’t have any posture issues as she gets older. Finally, I did compare with the Apple product and decided To give this one a try as it was cheaper and got good reviews. Glad I did as it does as advertised and anything to help one’s health for less than $50 is worth it. Give it a try.
