Fits like a glove. Stays cold
I love this ice wrap. The material is soft. It delivers cold all the way around and on the heel, where I need it most. The velcro strap is substantial and plenty long and thick enough to wrap properly. Stays really cold. It's stiff so it keeps it's shape but the material soft on the skin. It doesn't leak. It comes in a resealable plastic bag for when its in the freezer so it doesn't pick up odors.

Exactly what I need
It has always been difficult to ice my foot on the side and the bottom at the same time. This is perfect. I am so glad I found this. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and I have very flat feet which causes my feet to pronate causing pain on the interior of arch. This little contraption hits both at the same time. Recommend.

Great ice pack for ankle or heal pain
I really liked the ice pack for my heal pain. Was easy to use and covered the whole area needing ice. My only complaint is that it does not stay really cold for over about 20 mins before you have to refreeze it. So if you need ice on and off every 20 mins this is not for you.
