Deadheading with Deadheads Snips keep plants looking attractive and encourage more blooms, whether in beds and border, containers or hanging baskets. Most flowers lose their attraction as they fade, spoiling the overall appearance of beds, borders and containers, and are best removed.Regular deadheading directs energy into stronger growth and more flowers. Once the flowers are pollinated; seed heads, pods or capsules form at the expense of further growth and flower development. It can prevent plants with numerous petals, such as peonies, some camellias and many roses, scattering debris. Handy mini snips make deadheading a doddle! Spring action handles makes these deadheads easier to use than knives, secateurs or scissors. They sit neatly between finger and thumb and use a simple pinching action. Carbon steel blades retain sharp cutting edges. Clean cuts leaving a nice clean cut without the raggedy edges that can attract diseases and pests. Compact size fits neatly in your palm- means you can easily reach the centre of plants. Available in 4 useful colours. Comes in a handy pocket pouch. Length 10cm

Just terriic.
I am on my second pair of these because I used the first pair so much I wore them out. They really come into their own when flowers are on a long stem because you can slide them right down the stem and into the heart of the plant. They are surprisingly sharp and can even cope with quite woody stems. Can't imagine maintaining my patio pots without them.

Very handy tool
Wanted a pair as my Mum has some & saves using kitchen scissors all the time. One thing I was disappointed about was they were just posted through my letter box by the courier when they're blades so should have been asked for ID (over 40 myself but courier wouldn't have known that)

For me . Not fit for purpose.
I bought the pink deadheads garden groomer . I used them today not a bit of good to me as you can see by photos. I’m not heavy handed . I have arthritis bad , ideal size , but can’t keep straightening them or the plastic handle will snap , so it’s a No from me.

I love the colour and I really think these are good ...
I love the colour and I really think these are good handy snips. Unfortunately they have started to rust already but that's probably down to me not noticing they were wet and drying them off. I would order them again though.

A 'Snip' on a walk saves in the clock!
My second purchase of this product, great size, super price and ideal for a Garden themed gift basket. ideal for popping in pocket when strolling in your garden. 'Snipping' jobs in time before they get too much of a chore.Would definitely recommend.

Fab item
This has been fab deadheading petunias etc….. it’s small , neat and efficient. Does the job when snipping more delicate stems , could not use to cut into wood , but certainly ideal for deadheading summer bedding plants. Would not be without it.Purchased one for my mum she loves it

Small, neat and very sharp. Excellent product
Bought to replace an existing pair I lost somewhere in the garden. Really handy small size and excellent for dead heading or for cutting herbs. Very sharp. I bought 2 pairs this time, 1 pair for the garden and 1 pair for my sewing kit as they are also brilliant for snipping the thread ends after sewing seams on my sewing machine.
