These are super cute slippers but the shipper mailed us size 23 european, instead of size 32. It clearly states they would be size 2 womens. Now we have to pay to ship them back to ENGLAND, and MAYBE we will get reimbursed. And it took weeks to get them and now my kid - who has chilblains and is under doctor's orders to not get cold feet - still doesn't have slippers. We live in a remote place, there's no shopping mall here, our furnace broke, it's in the 20s F some days, and it would have been nice not to have to deal with this.
