Original PenguinMen's Bedford Cord Slim Fit Short

I ordered these for my teenage son. He likes the fit and color. He wishes the material wasn't so thick. He is used to sport shorts and joggers, so that could be the problem. I think they look really nice on him. I think they are high quality shorts.

I recently got the Original Penguin Men's Bedford Cord Slim Fit Shorts and thus far, I am thoroughly pleased with them. As an owner of various Original Penguin items, I was not surprised to find these shorts to be of good quality. What drew me to this product was their slim fit design. Unlike regular-fit shorts that tend to flare out and accentuate (in a negative way) my slim legs, these shorts are tapered through the legs and thighs, lending them a modern, sleek appearance. The added stretch also affords me the freedom of movement without any discomfort.Made from a blend of 98.0% Cotton and 2.0% Spandex, the fabric is lightweight and comfortable to wear. The sizing is fairly accurate as well. I ordered them in my regular size of 34, and they fit okay. Although, in hindsight, I could have gone a size smaller as they feel slightly large. The Dobby fabrication is an elegant touch, featuring miniature geometric patterns woven into the fabric, giving the shorts an extra layer of sophistication. The zipper closure and classic five-pocket styling are also great features that lend a timeless look to the shorts that can be dressed up or down for any occasion. The price is quite reasonable, making these shorts a fantastic value for money. Although I have yet to wear them extensively as the weather has yet to fully warm up in my area, I am cautiously optimistic about these Original Penguin Men's Bedford Cord Slim Fit Shorts. In my opinion, they are an excellent choice for anyone seeking a high-quality pair of shorts that not only look great but also feel great. I highly recommend them.

These are a nicely made pair of shorts. They had to be returned because the product bar code tag was mismatched--reading size 38 --what I ordered-- but were actually a size 32 (as noted in the sewn in labels). Really annoying production error.

Got these for my husband and he likes them so much I may need to go back for a second color! They are excellent quality. The fabric is thick and sturdy. They aren't cord in the sense of traditional corduroy but there is a very subtle vertical stripe texture to the cotton. Still a summer short, though. They run as expected.

These shorts are great for the office or golf or any time you want to dress up while still wearing shorts. Since they are longer than most shorts, they work better for semi formal events rather than for being ultimately cool in hot weather (where shorter shorts would work best). I am about a size 35" waist and went with size 34, even though I fit in size 32 for most brands. This was a good call. They fit very comfortably with just a bit of room to spare, and they stretch just enough. The color is great and they have a nice straight and tidy appearance.

These shorts are comfortable to wear and they fit me perfectly. I have wide legs and the slim fit still gave me plenty of room to move around comfortably. They are easy to wash and work well for casual days out.

The pant is made of comfortable fabric.It fits great with growing room for my son. He wears size 29 perfectly. The length is perfect and not too wide of leg. It’s nice to wear with tees and short sleeve shirts.I’ve washed it multiple times with no fading or shrinking.I would recommend it.
