Cleans up real easy
These were purchased for my Wife, and she loves them. The most important thing is the fact that you do not have to worry about some kind of coating flaking off inthe food.

Everyday pan
When I saw “Everyday” in the name of this pan, I thought it was simply a marketing statement. But… after receiving it a week ago, I realized that we’ve used this pan every day since receiving it, so the name fits for us.This is a beautiful pan with the riveted brass handles and lid. (see pic) The finish is satin, not highly polished. It is a suitable size, 3.5 quart, for our household of two. The pan includes markings on the interior for measuring volume as well as the Martha Stewart logo on the bottom. (see pics). Cleanup has been simple and easy. I generally do not put pans into the dishwasher and do not plan to put this one into the dishwasher.I use this pan on a gas range so I can’t comment on how it performs on other types of ranges. It does not have the typical thick bottom core found on pans used with induction ranges, so I tested it with a magnet, as you do to see if a pan is induction compatible. The pan is magnetic, so it should work fine with induction. The lighter weight is great for agility and when cleaning and I find it to be thick enough for good heat distribution and to hold up to everyday use. There was no use or care guide included, nor any recipes included.Tonight’s dinner is homemade meatballs with homemade tomato sauce prepared in this pan (see pic) , with homemade spaghetti. Yum. I hope this review has been helpful for you.

"Vintage" means cheap looking, can't be bothered to finish it
Wow I was shocked at the poor finish of this pan. It is described as "vintage". Apparently what this means is that the exterior sides of the pan and the lid look completely unfinished. Look at the attached picture. On the left is the "vintage" lid, which is thin, light weight, and looks like a sheet of cheap galvanized sheet metal used for construction that you'd pick up from a hardware store. On the right is a typical stainless steel lid from another pan that has a mirror chromed finish. I'm not sure others are reviewing, giving this so many stars but this is a totally underwhelming product. Some redeeming qualities are that it has two handles and they're riveted on well.

Trying to love them…
They really aren’t that great. Definitely mid grade, not easy to clean, there’s a lot of difference in quality. Some are really shiny others are more dull they almost look like they were from two different sets. The lids are awful, they don’t have a vent so they bubble and clatter while boiling or cooking rice. Wanted to love them but reallllly wish I wouldn’t have bought them. I cook a lot and I don’t see them holding up.

It’s not a BAD pan.
LI have such a love/hate relationship with Martha Stewart. I’ve tried a few things of hers that were amazing and a couple that were not. It’s sad because with a name like hers, you’d think everything would be top notch but that’s not always okay. But I’m kinda glad to say that this pan isn’t that bad. I can see myself using it.When you get your pan it comes in a regular brown shopping box. It’s nothing special. You can definitely use it as a gift. It’s just a simple box nothing to be excited over. When you open the box your pan is wrapped in plastic. This pan is a large skillet pan that is perfect for just about any cooking. It’s made out of a decent metal that can work perfectly with different kinds of stoves. I personally have a gas rage stove and it works perfectly. I had no issue with the pan over heating. I had no issues with the handle getting hot when cooking for a longer period of time. I didn’t have an issue with one side hearing more or less than the other. Now, this pan is decently made but it’s not to the level of quality I would expect from someone of her name. Is it bad? Absolutely not! But I expected it to be heavier made of a better material. I feel if you happen to drop this pan, you will cause some denting. I will say though, I’m happy that it comes with a top. It seems that a lot of pans today doesn’t come with tops. You will have to buy them separately. When you are washing it. I would recommend hand washing. It’s dishwashing friendly but I always recommend hand washing the items you want to keep for a long time. When cooking with this pan. I recommend using a medium heat! Try to avoid using high heat often on this pan! Constant high heat can damage this and just about any pan.

Great quality as expected from a name brand sauté pan.
I ordered this for myself since I am an avid cook. I own other Martha Stewart cookware and have found them to be outstanding as far as quality goes; this sauté pan is no exception. The metal used to make this sauté pan is strong and thick. The bottom measures almost 1/2” thick. The thick bottom ensures even heat distribution. There two handles and they both are bolted on. This is a really great quality sauté pan and the price represents an awesome bargain. I would definitely recommend this sauté pan.

Martha, you've gone gold with this pan. I love it.
This pan is perfect for sauteeing or pan frying or just cooking burgers or chicken or veggies. Whatever the case may be, it's great. It's super easy to clean right after you cook in it as well. Just remember, make sure the pan is to temperature before you put your food in and make sure the meat is closer to room temp than refrigerated before you toss it in the pan as well. This will help to avoid stuff that is difficult to clean in the pan
