I have 4 kids and wanted something that would have their electronic timers all in one spot. This does the trick. I write their names, and set it for the amount of electronic time they get. The "time's up" beep is very loud and obnoxious. They can't ignore it, and it keeps going until someone stops it. Both of which are simultaneously annoying and perfect for the task. This would be great if you have multiple tasks in the kitchen at the same time as well. You can use it to count up or count down. It is very simple to set for either function.

I have AuDHD so my concept of time is always against my need to be productive. I use this to visually keep track of minor activities within a larger task. Ngl i love it and it's been great. However, there is no turning the item off aka it will not power down unless you take the batteries out. Which sucks considering it doesn't come with batteries. There's also no way to turn off the beep. Which especially sucks bc EVERY push of any button makes it beep. Don't quite get why that was necessary. It is also smaller than expected but that's not an issue. I don't think you'd need to write anything to detailed but (as seen in the attached pic) you may end up with some questionable shorthands lol. Lastly the magnets aren't always the strongest. It slips immediately on my whiteboards (other magnets do stick) but only slips a bit on denser metals (i.e. metal frames)

Smaller than expected and cheaply made, fell apart out of the box.

The beeping is loud and shrill. It beeps with every press of a button except clearing the time. The magnets had to be glued in. The white board came scuffed. But it keeps time and the marker erases so whatever it's fine.

I bought this item because it has a stopwatch feature I use to track how many hours since some things in the house happened. I will also use it as a timer for cooking.I didnt realize it came with 2 units, so that was a plus.The magnets on the back are barely glued on, they came off on both units from just handling them out of the box. Have some super glue ready.I like that it comes with a dry eraser board pen with eraser on the cap.

Both units would only count down one minute, totally useless !!!!!! Sending back !!

I hung the timer on the refrigerator. It fell off and the magnets were stuck to the fridge. I bought 2 and it happened on both.
