Reasonably priced, easy to set up, strong and sturdy. There are a lot of brands out there but Happatio stood out for their excellent customer support especially from Estelle. I needed a part replacement and she was on it all the way till I got it!

I purchased this product back in May; well packaged and provides extra parts. Takes 2 to put together but we took our time and did it in a day and a half. Looked great and provided wonderful shade. I didn't get too much time to enjoy it before some rogue storm came through one night and the wind caught under the sail and trashed it; frame bent in the center and ripped the sails out on one side, however the frame itself, was totally fine. It was difficult to look at all that damage and I didn't have the funds to just purchase a new one. I contacted the seller and explained what happened and asked if it were possible to get replacement parts. They asked that I send them pictures of the damage as well as a copy of the manual so I could identify what parts needed replacing. They were very quick to respond and kind in the process. I am now awaiting my parts that they sent, free of charge, to allow me to rebuild my beautiful pergola and enjoy my backyard again. Thank you, Happatio!

UPDATE: I purchased this Pergola back in early June and one of the rollers that carry the top cover back and forth had broken, and it is now late August 2024. I simply went to my order and emailed the vendor. A bag of rollers was delivered FedEx within five business days from California. Now that is a good vendor. Thank you Hap-Patio :-)

The media could not be loaded. We love our pergola. For the price, it’s a great deal. The shade slides easily, was easy to set up. The only thing is the metal poles aren’t as sturdy as I was hoping, but we’ve had it a few months & it’s held up well during storms. One storm had 80mph winds & it did great!

We have had this for a little over a year now. It makes us actually want to go out and use our backyard in the summer heat! Not only does it provide shade, but it also adds a beautiful esthetic to our backyard.It is very light weight and easy to build and move around. Because of the lightweight materials, the posts can bend. We had a wind storm that damaged a couple of pieces, emailed the seller and were able to have them send us replacement pieces. We were so happy about this outcome because we have loved it so much and would be sad to see it go.

Missing parts and not very sturdy

Everything I was expecting and everything what they offered. Took me and my wife around 4 hours to put it together. Looks really nice and a really cheap price

It was left open when it rained and the weight of the water on the tarp bent two of the main support beams and three of the tarp rods. The seller reached out to me to provide replacement parts which was a welcome offer
