The product was something I had been wanting g I ordered it for my birthday and finally got it today. When I opened it and tried to use it the product was defective it wouldn't heat the element to shoot the fireballs. I can't tell you how it works for the defective quality of the product but I can say that it has great details and made well

It worked one time and now it won’t even turn on after being fully charged. The coil inside is not heating at all. Saw so many videos about it and my son was so excited but now it won’t even work

This is the second one I ordered for my son. The first one worked maybe 20% of the time, and I figured it’s as just the way the product was. When it stopped working completely, I attempted returning it but the driver didn’t pick it up in time. I went ahead and ordered a replacement and it is so much more fun since it works nearly every time! Definitely a must have novelty, even for non Harry Potter fans.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my fiancé who is a huge HP fan. It was great but after using it one time I think the coil burned out? Idk but it doesn’t work! Would not buy. It was also very difficult to load the paper into the wand to even get it to work.

The product feels great in the hand and is easy to use after a bit of playing around, however be carefull with taking the charger out as this part could be loose!! So take it out gently, then if it comes off you can grab the charging part and take the charger out with care. Then you can atleast repair it easily, it is however bad that you would have to do this in the first place..

So the coils on these are super fragile. They should be bigger ( the element that heats up ) because of this if you hold the button down too long you will fry the coil. There's no fixing it. When you "load" it pack it lightly, do NOT cram it down, you'll break the coil and cry.Like I said, the coil is small. It'll burn out so just be careful. Don't overpack it, don't cram it down hard. Be gentile.Other than that this thing is a Litteral Blast

Amazing product all around!! This wand launches fireballs with flash paper. The wand preforms great the fireballs size depend on how much of the paper you pack into the wand. All the wands have amazing detail and and are made out of durable material and will last a long time. Very easy to clean. Very easy to use great deal!!

Solid looking. Heavy and appeared to be made from quality products, however, it stopped working after 2 times of using it. It was a gift for my wife. This was very upsetting to me. The wand also chipped near the top very easily when cleaning it out to make sure that wasn’t the reason it wasn’t working. We’ve given it time. We watched the instructional video and followed all directions. Extremely dissatisfied at the hype and cost of this product only to have it stop working altogether shortly after coming out of the box and then for it to actually fall apart in my wife’s hands. The design of the packaging and the wand overall are great but the experience of unboxing the wand was the only good part we experienced.

The media could not be loaded.  I was hesitant to buy after reading the reviews, but we are so happy with this purchase! Works perfectly and SO MUCH FUN!

You get a fizzle at the end of the wand occasionally.It does not fly across the room!Pretty expensive for a fancy lighter...
