These have been a game changer for me at work. I do A LOT of multitasking and have to be mentally able to perform all day long. They do not make me jittery, give a good long boost of energy and no crash after. I have gotten all my coworkers hooked on them, as well. This flavor is one of my favorites. I am a little disappointed to discover that I can get them for quite a bit cheaper locally after I have been ordering them online for a while now.
