Q: Has anyone experienced warping with the skillets? I'm looking for a set that won't warp in the middle. So tired of cooking with uneven surfaces

No warping so far (had my set since April)... but there is almost immediate loss of the porcelain coating- even with by the book care. I would suggest continuing your research. Everything sticks in these pans. The beauty of a great porcelain set is the minimal use of fats while cooking. Even with a tremendous amount of fats everything continually sticks in all of these pans.. even pasta boiling in water.

Q: I have a smooth top stove. Was wanting to make sure bottom of pans would not scratch glass top??

Not sure, I have a gas stove top and a raised grate. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I will tell you though, the paint on bottom of my pots/pans are coming off quite easily, but interior of pots/pans are just fine.

Q: Red 14 piece shows a pattern on the bottom of pan & states "Distributes heat efficiently for reliable cooking results" Does the black 16 piece also?

Heat is distributed evenly and very well...we do lots of cooking! I really appreciate the tiny egg pan! I advise all to use plastic utensils with it to help coating last longer.

Q: The instructions say to not season ceramic cookware but individuals on these question threads say to. Which is it?

I did not do any seasoning of these pans and I am totally pleased with them without issues. Each time I cook with them and see how easy they clean, I'm thrilled I purchased them. I have other ceramic pans that required seasoning and think these are better.
