This product is wonderful if you have hair that needs super moisturizing.

I have always liked this product but the bottle I received is apparently and old bottle as the conditioner is too thick like it's an old product.

The former version of this conditioner was PERFECT. I miss it a lot even after these several years. Maybe you can bring it back and then people can have a choice between the two.

This is okay, but since they have changed their products, nothing is as good.

So thick I couldn’t get it out of the bottle! Actually I think it was sitting on a shelf somewhere too long! I love using what little I could, even tried mixing with a screwdriver, hot water and lots of shaking! Now it’s thinner but with globs! I love the softening and shine it gives to my hair, but too expensive for me to reorder with all the work entailed!

Worked fine. Didn't see a lot of difference in my curls. I think I'll switch back to the other Fekkai shampoo & conditioner I like.

I used the original Fekkai Shea Shampoo and conditioner. They were amazing products because not only did my hair feel great and the conditioner kept it from damage, my hands and fingernails were extremely healthy! Shampoos contain all kinds of crap that damage nails and skin on your hands, and this stuff was great. The new product doesn't provide the same results in any category hair or skin or nails - and it is more expensive. I just bought a drug store shea butter shampoo, and it is more similar to the original Fekkai. My hair looks great! It's about 1/3 the price too. So, Fekkai, you better take notice. I won't be your customer much longer unless you bring back the original formula.
