Q: The pump won't twist open. Is there a specific way to open the pump and get it to work?

I had the same problem after I twisted the pump onto the bottle. So, I had to remove the pump, hold the piece that goes down into the bottle and then twist the top. With a half turn, the neck popped out. It’s not like other shower gel pumps.
