I really like my cheese cutter.It is sturdy and cuts through the loaf size cheese. This is a heavy duty slicer that gets the job done.It is also reasonably priced!

initial cuts more than subsequent cuts, difficult to replace replacement wire. Don't waste your money. I'll use replacement wires till gone and hope for something better.

Had to cut lots of cheese for a party. This made it very easy. Only downside was the wire would move so nothing was really the same size

Very poorly put together but works

Had really crappy feel out of the box and original wire was bent already. Replaced with new wire and it got very loose in one block of pepper jack. Trash cheese slicer, returned

Works great and has a lot of spare wires in case they are needed. Easy to wash.

This is very flimsy in regards to the handle how is attached. The unable to tighten the handle problem, the wire pops off the handle because the wire is not guided into the slit in the base like it should. It's just too unstable. Trying to place the wire back in the handle sheet it pops off which is 95% of the time you try to make one cheese slice is nearly impossible.
