Talking Tom Cat is the flagship in Outfit7's successful line of "Talking Friends" apps. The main purpose of the series is for an animated on-screen character to repeat what you say to it in an altered voice. It's a fun diversion, with a few features thrown in on the side -- like pouring your cat a glass of milk -- but it's a one-trick pony that eventually does get old (generally much faster for adults than for kids). Still, the cat remains a favorite of kids.

Was really disappointed in this purchase as it did not work so had to buy my daughter a replacement as it was on her Christmas list and Santa would never give a broken toy.When i purchased another from a well know retailer, I was horrified to see the one I had brought through Amazon was in fact in my opinion a fake talking tom. The toy we received looks nothing like the image provided and I fear that the toy could also be unsafe. We have compared both the toy we received from Amazon and the one from the other well-known retailer and there a major differences - a big concern being the hard body of the toy we received from yourselves. Would not shop with you again, and would quite frankly like a refund.

Bought for my son's 6th birthday as he loves the talking tom app. After initially playing with him for the first week he's since sat on a shelf in his be room untouched. But hey, doesn't that go for a lot of kids stuff? Limited appeal after novelty has worn off though.

This was a good one .... there are some duff ones out there as well and they are difficult to tell apart. Fun to muck about with for a while and gets pulled out occasionally, but like most of these things the novelty wears off after a few months

My grandson absolutely adores Tom!! I and his mother on the other hand reach for the off button. Doesn't help when trying to curb boisterous behaviour as Tom repeats word for word like an adult on helium!!

I was able to play with this to make sure it was working properly so I know my granddaughter will love it. I did. Can't wait to see her with it at Christmas. It arrived very promptly and was packed very well.

delivered when it said it would and my daughter is very happy, down full it can be a bit annoying for us adults lol

Bit boring after a while as it repeats everything you say
