Useful pocket-sized sharpener, but it's imperative to just use one or two very light strokes regularly, rather than wrecking the edge completely and then expecting to work miracles with this...I'd recommend a Fallkniven DC4 to do a much better job on an expensive blade, but for basic field-maintenance as described above then this is a good tool that weighs very little and takes up next to no space.

Great sharpener that is small enough to carry in your pocket or purse. It sharpened my blunt pocket knife after just 2 or 3 strokes. It is also excellent value for money

Well made decorative jade with nice grip and a strong steal rod that shape a knife fast
