I bought two of these mats back in 2018 - one for the kitchen and one for our bedroom where our kitty likes to hang out. She can be a messy eater and sometimes plunks her toys in her water bowl or food bowl. This is common, I hear. Well, these washable, flexible mats are just what we needed. They keeps crumbs from getting on the floor, soggy soft toys from making and mess and best - if we accidentally bump the mat with a foot, it contains any spills. The mats are very easy to clean, nicely designed and are the right size for a a wet food, dry food bowl and a water bowl. We love them! Here we are in 2022 and these mats are still going strong with no nicks, tears or flaws. They have saved us from accidents when one of us inadvertently kicked over the food bowl that is on a platform for our cat's health and when we occasionally jostle the water bowl.These silicone mats are so easy to clean. We wash them with Veggie Wash (a food safe citrus cleaner for rinsing veg and fruits) and then rinse them right in the sink. Even stuck on food comes right off. Our cat likes to drown her soft sparkle balls and then drop them next to her food. Having the mat saves the mess of having a soggy soft cat toy on the floor. She likes to splash in her drinking water with her paw and having the mat keeps those splashes contained. I assumed we'd need new ones after a couple of years, but they show no sign of wear & tear. Great Product!!!

My flat-faced, long-whiskered cat loves to paw her kibble out of her shallow bowl onto the floor and eats it from there. Instead of using a table placemat, I decided to try this CatGuru waterproof mat. The material is noted to be food-safe, so I have no concern with her eating directly from the mat (as well as from her bowl). The mat is nicely wipeable and has edges, so water and kibble do not roll off. And the pale pink color is lovely for my little girl!

I love this mat for my cats dishes. I'm so happy that after ordering 5 different ones I found one that works extremely well. I ordered the aqua/blue color in the largest size there was. I have 2 different dishes of 2 different kinds of dry food, and a large water dish. I wanted something that was a little larger so water and food would stop getting on my floor (he loves to paw his water before drinking it and likes to take his food outside his bowl), and I wanted something easy to clean and move. While silicone kitchen items can be nice, it can make it more difficult to pick up the entire mat with the dishes (if you need to). This one is fantastic! The value for what you get is great, the color I ordered is vibrant, the size is perfect, and the quality is wonderful. It is a hard mat that does not bend, so it makes carrying all his dishes to the sink extremely easy. It washes off nicely. If you have a smaller double sink like I do you will have to rinse/wash half of it first, then the other half (if you order the largest size one), because it is a nice large size. That doesn't bother me since it doesnt really take any longer. I've had this for a few months and there has been no fading or wear to it at all.I absolutely recommend this.

These are excellent mats for under my cats food bowls and water fountain. They are a generous size and keep the mess contained. They easily clean up in the dishwasher and appear like new. This particular company really makes stellar quality products. Great investment and I feel they could be used for a myriad of things.

I really like the size and thickness of this silicone pet food mat. It’s better quality than the other 4 I’ve had previously and the added lip around the edge is really nice to help keep spills contained. I like that it lays flat and there aren’t any ripples in the mat like I’ve experienced with most others I’ve tried. There’s no weird smell with this mat either which is nice. The grey color is accurate and it’s easy to clean however I’ve only had it for a couple months and even though I wipe it down with soapy water weekly and dry it right away with a towel, it’s developed permanent water stains that I can’t seem to get rid of. See before and after pictures. I wash the mat weekly it with hot water and Dawn dish soap while cleaning my pets water fountain and have never used harsh chemicals to clean the mat. The mat also seems to be a dust and hair magnet but this isn’t an issue specific to this brand, it’s just something that I’ve noticed with all silicone products. I definitely recommend wiping it down regularly because you’d be surprised how dirty it can get in a short period of time and this is only used by 2 indoor only cats. I would still buy this again but the water stains are annoying so that’s why I removed a star.

Nicely made tray. Made of melamine. Is rigid and has solid feel to it. Dishwasher safe. Looks nice. Has small non-skid feet to keep it from sliding across the floor. Compact size but still adequate for two dishes — two simultaneous eaters. Well pleased!

Very happy to use this under my kitten’s food and water bowl, as she’s a messy eater who occasionally likes to take a plunge in her water bowl. The mat is made of a rubbery material and I got the pink color, which doesn’t have a metallic finish like the picture, but that doesn’t bother me as it’s still a pretty color It’s also a good size..

Great mat, easy to clean and pretty way to keep your cat’s mess off your floor.

The mat worked exactly as hoped; there are far fewer kitty kibbles on the floor than before. It’s also easy to clean - sometimes I just have to use water alone - and helps whenever I manage to kick the water dish.
