great backup sights!
I didn't want flip-up sights (45 degree offset flip-ups), I just wanted to be able to turn the gun on my shoulder and fire. Since use a fixed 3X scope on this rifle, these give me that close-up option as well as good range out there to 100 yards or more. These are fast, accurate, well built. Even though they aren't steel, the poly material is sound. Don't be afraid of it, they can take the hit. As long as the gun doesn't have to be in a small case or some kind of scabbard where the fixed 45 sights could snag, get them.....

Would have given 5 stars if they were steel or aluminum instead of polymer/plastic.Easy to install and they serve their purpose, as a backup iron sight to use in lieu of top-mount optics. The firearm I installed these on is my tactical sport shooting rifle (5.56) that has a 4X Prism (ACOG style) optic up top for most shooting situations including long range.For close range/instinctive shooting/hipfire shooting I use an aiming laser. For anything else, this 45deg backup iron sight does well. Close range and mid range it's very accurate, and holds decent center-mass groups at what would be considered moderate to long range with iron sights. Just gotta know how to accommodate hold over/hold under for different ranges.Zeroed at 100yds with a bore laser, dialed in shooting paper, still holds after 150-180 or so rounds. Thinking about throwing a set on my 450 Bushmaster deer rifle as a close range option.

Not Aluminum It’s Polymer
I would’ve rated it lower had these not been nice offset sights, my gripe with it is that it was described as being aluminum and came to me as polymer. The only aluminum is the clip that hooks onto a pic rail

Super clean
Way better than buying $150 magpul irons, I like having them canted as-well for use as a backup sight for shtf scenario.

Initial quality looks great.
I was very skeptical given that these are plastic and so inexpensive, but my initial impression in very positive. Installed fine and appear sturdy. Works like your standard A2 battle-sights, with the addition of a match-sized peep, just offset so I can still use glass on my rifle and these as backups. I haven't shot yet, but so far I'm very pleased.

The descriptions say that it is made of aluminum and it is not, it is cheap plastic that is why I returned it.

good quality sights, poor quality screws
I have a metal set exactly like this one, these were less heavy than the metal ones, work exactly as the others, very good quality for the sights, however I have to take a star off as the 2 screws are made of very low quality metal and those get damaged quite easy while trying to get them tight.
