I like the 2 in 1 feature. Great as a travel tool because of that. The rotor truing side works great. I especially like the brake pad spreader. The thickness is perfect to be able to wedge in and get all the way to the back of the pads.

It's not a complex tool but not worth the premium to pay for ParkTool. Very sturdy so should last a lifetime if disk brakes are here to stay. I personally would stick to rim/caliper brakes on road bikes without carbon wheels but seems like rim brakes are not even an option anymore on metal alloy wheels.

A slightly bent disc brake rotor and a smattering of bike shop experience made me realize that I needed that special tool to set it straight. It worked great, a nice addition to my tool collection. I like that it has the brake pad spreading tool formed into the end, I’ll need that someday.

Right to the right job

I accidentally clamped the hydraulic brakes on my friend's bike and didn't know I'd need this to press them apart like doing pads on a car. It worked well, but make sure all surfaces are clean or you could impregnant the pads or maybe damage them.

Solid cheap tool. Don’t over wrench your rotor. I should have watched som videos first. Make very small adjustments until it is right

I liked the fact that the disc straightener had so many angles to choose from so that leverage could be applied in many directions. The other side of the tool depresses the caliper piston, good for replacing the brake pads.

Great tool.

Am really impressed with the build quality of this product, great for pressing appart pistons , and great sreaghtning rotors.
