Revealing yet smooth sound, high quality, impressive
I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case…If you want it put simply, get yourself one. This dinky speaker is so good for the money I am buying another one to try the stereo feature. It comes in a nice box with paper booklet and cables, all very nice quality. Get the speaker in your hand and you get the same feel of quality, smooth finish and nice build. It is an unusual design and shape, but so much better for it. The bluetooth/speaker market is overflowing with products that look the same and have varying degrees of features. This one is that bit different, it is just the right size and looks posh and understated. It keeps things simple. Thank goodness no app to download to get the thing to even function! Pairing was simple, and quick. There are only the few buttons needed on top, no gimmicks.Time to play some music. Firstly it goes plenty loud enough to fill a room. The connection to our Mac and other devices is rock solid and does not drop in places other speakers do. The sound is nice and smooth but still has tons of detail. I would go as far as to say it sounds musical. It drags sounds from the source in a way true audiophile products can. I am not suggesting for a minute this is as good as my Rega main system, just that it has an ability to reveal a lot. This means you can listen as long as you like and it still entertains. And you can listen to all kinds of music, it sounds good whatever you play, not favouring any one track to impress. There is enough bass there and in a good way it does not take over in a fake processed way like some speakers, it just matches the overall sound. Battery life seems as good as indicated, charging seems quick enough. I am not likely to use this outside as I have other gizmos for that purpose, but it’s nice to know it has some water resistant capability. I have a very posh main Hi-Fi system and a collection of other audio products to compare this too and for me it is amazing at it’s price.I was thinking of how to compare this, so I will try it this way. I have the little Ruark table radio with bluetooth (a lot more expensive) and this blows it away and I love the Ruark. I also have and love the Audio-Pro Addon T3, which has always been a bit of a benchmark product for me. The Soul M1 is cheaper and smaller, maybe with a tad less bass but the same genuine musicality and timing and a lot more revealing. I also love the Tribit products, like the stormbox micro which is a little tiny gem and a bit cheaper, and also musical, but understandably nowhere near the same scale of presentation as the Azatom. So If you want a compact high quality speaker and real value for money this might be for you. I have had Azatom products going back as long as about 15 years or something, it is nice to know that a UK company is able to compete in this crowded marketplace and turn out such a surprising new toy for me! I was so impressed with it I gave them a ring, and yes you can still ring a company on a landline and get an actual very bubbly enthusiastic person. We had a laugh on the phone as I corrected a couple of typos on the product page on their website. HoHo.Five stars!

Excellent quality
The speaker is very easy to set up but that is not the only positive.Turn it on and WAW, what a sound. This is without doubt the best speaker of its kind I have ever heard.Having been a connoisseur of high end Hi Fi since the mid 1970's I am very critical of sound quality. This little beauty reminded me of the first time I heard B&W electrostatics. 100/100.No Downside !

Finally! Quality product with excellent sound.
I have a Bose mini soundlink speaker, which I adore. The quality is amazing. Since Bose have stopped their soundtouch products, I’ve been on the hunt for a new semi portable speaker for the dining room. I’ve tried two Bose, JBL and Sonos that have all been returned for various reasons and thought I’d give the Azatom a try. It’s easy to plug and play and setup and sounds amazing. Lots of functionality and is weighty and well made. I’m looking forward to listening to lots of different music on it. It gives the sound of a much bigger speaker and I like that more can be added to create stereo or surround sound. Finally! My search is over!

intensity sound
Very powerful sound, loving it. The only thing is the battery lasts about 12 hours fully changed.

Decent sound & size, but annoying announcements
The speakers are very good quality for the size, although they were a bit fiddly to pair. The biggest issue for me, was the lack of remote control, and the fact that the speaker announces “hello, power on” and if you’re relaxing of an evening and want to switch the speakers off announces “goodbye” in a robot voice. I appreciate a visually impaired person, might find this useful, but it kinda dented my meditative late night vibe.

These things belt out some bass
I bought these for an indoor stereo system and for outside surround sound. I have to say I’m blown away by the sound these things pump out especially for the size. Brings Back the days when i was into hifi I had a pair of monitor Audio radius r90s hi quality but pricey. These are next level and thier British durable and long lasting portable and rechargeable. Highly recommended😄

Great speakers
But…absolutely abysmal after sales and support! I bought two of these but had problems with Android device connectivity. Contacted support and received NO HELP WHATSOEVER. By all means, buy the speakers but do not expect ANY support.Terrible…I cannot fully explain just how bad!!! I gave one star, that was being generous!!!

Not so loud
I can only on first impression briefly comment on loudness and Bluetooth connection. It feels sturdy and made with top materials, on first impression I would think it is more expensive than it is, feels top category.Bluetooth connection went smooth. It is impressively small. On the go would be great. However I'm a bit disappointed as for the declared 100 watts, and based on other reviews, I was expecting a much louder device.I have a 13 years old speaker that I bought at the local chain supermarket, no Bluetooth, no waterproof, supposedly it should be 40 watts, and it still went louder than this in comparison. The sound of my old speaker is nothing pretentious, just used it for karaoke on a pc in the past, no crispy, average quality, whereas this is much more refined, but still my old box of 40 watts is louder than this Azathom.Shame because this Azathom is quite refined in terms of quality, but like all modern speakers it goes slightly muffled when you turn it on max volume.Overall it is good and impressive for house background listening, but for my personal need of volume for medium size hall karaoke use is not powerful enough. I was captured by the 100 watts hence I bought it.For home use however is crispy and good sound quality, at much a lower price than the various JBL.Recommended for home use.
