Chromacryl Premium Student Acrylic Paint, 1/2 Gallon Jug, Black

This is beautiful paint and is very thick. If you use it straight from the bottle, you'll need to use heavy body brushes as the softer ones will not work with this paint. It can be thinned with Liquitex Professional Slow-Dri Blending Medium which has a gloss to it as well. You can thin it as much as you wish so you can use the softer acrylic brushes, and the it helps with adding more open time to your painting project. Paint comes in many colors, and for large projects, the large jugs are the way to go.

Really nice and thick acrylic paint. Even after thinning it out by about 15% with water it still gives a solid coverage. I’ll definitely buy more of this brand in the future.

I love Chroma Products. As an action painter I feel comfortable using the cheapest products I can buy because I don't have to worry about costs when I paint. Also I don't have to think about any health risks -- I often am covered in paint... you could probably drink this as soup .. well don't do that. These paints also have a very matte finish to them.

Better than the higher priced local ones in quality way better in price

Arrived super fast and it was just what I needed.

This paint is really thick. Will be great for canvas painting and after I watered it down it worked fine for the fish printing we needed it for.
