An excellent and rugged Arduino project box
Truly an excellent project box for Arduino boards.Heavy gauge steel construction and precision milling make this a really great box for your Arduino projects - particularly where added protection and/or security are needed. The box is quite solid - no flex when squeezing the sides - and the powder coating is clean and flawless. My Arduino Uno fit perfectly in the case with lots of extra room for expansion boards, locks, fans, or whatever else I might need. The access ports are all clearly labeled on the outside of the box and align perfectly with the board. If I had any complaint (which I really don't), it would be that the lid come pre-screwed on the box and it is not immediately apparent which screws need to be removed so that the lid comes of. (Hint: It is only the top four screws closest to the corners. No need to remove the two middle screws.)With a couple of Arduino projects planned, this will likely become my "go to" project box. I really like the form factor, thoughtful design, and pre-drilled holes for extra mounting options. It's much nicer than many of the Pi cases I've used and will add a cleaner, more finished look to my projects.

Very well designed!
I was really surprised at how sturdy this case is when fully assembled. The extra space it provides for stacking addons and expanding a bit past the Arduino is very thoughtful as well. The lock affixture seems very strong if that is one of your concerns.Everything lined up well to my Arduino and it was all a perfect fit. Very happy overall and will not hesitate to get another when the time arises!

heavy duty and fit my mega perfectly
The media could not be loaded. I am working on a huge drama set design integrating addressable LED lights controlled by switches and my Arduino Mega. I needed a case to mount the unit safely and found this one from KKSB.This case fits my mega perfectly. There are a few screws that hold the lid on tightly. It comes with all the screws required to hold the board firmly to the case and an extra lid screw. There are also 4 small adhesive rubber "feet" to keep the case from sliding. The lid has numerous air vents to allow for cooling of the board. There's a slot that's compatible with some laptop cable locks. There are also threaded mounts in the base for additional mounting options. There are spots on the back of the case that can be punched out if you add the Arduino Shield and use an ethernet connection. So, the case is taller than is required for the board to allow for the shield and/or other add-ons to be in the case.It is heavy duty steel construction and coated with a powder finish paint. It looks quite nice and is very sturdy. I am very pleased with the case.

Perfect
Very well made. Very sturdy and solid with the appropriate cut out options.. You can leave them in if you don’t want to open up the case. Do you also get a grommet for threading in your cable. This is just a well thought out and very heavy duty case for your Arduino. It’s made of stamped metal but also folded and screwed together so this thing is heavy duty as they come. You have every option applicable to an Arduino in terms of ports and cable positioning. Do you also have cooling options with us case. The only thing that some people may not like is it is a little bit big. That’s so we can accommodate accessories but if you need a smaller case then I would go with something else. Otherwise this is perfect.

Sturdy Case
When I opened the box, I was surprised at how nice this case was. It looks very well made, fits an Arduino and Shield. There are cutouts to mount it if needed and openings for connectors and cables. Seems to be of very good quality. All metal and nicely finished.

Descent case but NO instructions...
While it is blocky and a little bulky, it's a pretty well made case. Not exactly "cool" looking but it does the job. It is made of all metal, nice and heavy duty and robust. Arduino board fits in perfectly, no problem. Ports all line up well. Only comes with small stick on rubber feet and a grommet for the wiring hole.Since it's so tall, it will be great for projects that use breakout boards and add-on boards. I am going to automate the dust collection in my woodworking shop and this will work well because the project uses a servo add-on board, plenty of room for that. Also like hos they give you a nice sized hole for running wiring, like to servo's. Good headroom.I do like it, but I do not like how it does not come with any instructions, not even a thank you note inside, nothing. Granted it is not that difficult to figure out, but geez, you can't show you care about your customers by including some, even simple instructions, or a we appreciate your business? Just plain lazy.Besides the lack of any papers inside, it's well made and would recommend on that.

Parfait
