worth the money
Generally, the product is worth the money. it's compact and easy to use. it could be better if the water cartridge is bigger. Anyway, worth the money.

Whoa!
We really do take our noses for granted. When my nose gets stuffed, it's miserable. It was easy to use and does really well to clear out my nose so I can breathe again. It comes with a bunch of different heads and its super easy to switch them out. You can change the level of intensity you want (I use the lowest setting). The instructions that come with it are really helpful and make this a lot easier to navigate.

Did not come with saline packets
Hurts like crazy. Used it for 10 seconds then cleaned it and put it back in the box. What a waste of money... It's non returnable!

Leaky Device
I purchased this twice. The first one leaked sending more water down my arm than up the nose. I thought it has been damaged in transit so ordered another. It was worse than the first and unusable. It is unreturnable through Amazon.

Excellent product.
Allergy season is here, and I don;t know about you, but I tend to have extended periods of time, where I experience what I like to call, "the cruds". This necessitates the use of a neti pot, especially since I tend to get nosebleeds very easily. However this works better. One of the most important things you need to do when using an irrigation system such as this, is keep things sanitary. You do not want a lot of bacteria going up into your sinus and causing an infection. That is why you need to use distilled water. However this product takes it to the next level by providing a variety of attachments that you can clean easily. In addition to that, there are multiple settings to choose from. I recommend starting at the slowest setting and working your way up. Warm water works best, and I wish this product had a way to warm up the water. However, I was very impressed with its ability to provide relief to my poor sinuses. The price is right as well, at just under 60 bucks, which is what you are likely to pay for a similar product. The only issue was that the button placement felt a bit odd to me. However, that issue was small potatoes, since I could easily adjust the attachable heads to it.

Functions Well, Better Than Manual Irrigators. Did Not Come with Saline Packets.
This device is an improvement over the neti and squeeze bottle options I have tried, but still not fun to use. In fact, it can feel especially strange to be rhythmically pumping water up and out of your nose while in the unit’s pulsating mode. And, as with the manual irrigators, the whole process can be quite a mess. Keep a towel nearby and plan to make use of it if you make this purchase.I am not complaining; using this nasal irrigator, I have managed to relieve the kind of sinus congestion that is common to me this time of year due to environmental allergies. I find it simple to charge and set up, too. I like that I can ease into the irrigation process by moving through different spray modes and that I can employ a “DIY” mode if I like. I like that it holds a long charge, or so the ad says. I have used it five times in as many days, but the ad says that it will hold a charge for 21 days on a charge of 4 hours. Unlike my dental Water Pik (of which this irrigator reminds me because they share a similar high-pitched hum and because they both create a wet mess), I can use the device without being physically tethered to a wall socket. The User Manual is informative and includes both text and graphics. It has a “Troubleshooting” section that could be helpful should your unit suddenly stop working or should there be insufficient water pressure, for example. What I don’t like about this product is that it comes with no saline packets and no warnings about using tap water directly out of your home faucet. In fact, the User Manual shows the pot being filled from a spigot, a tap. Using water other than boiled or fresh, distilled water is a bad idea due to the potential for a nasty infection. Additionally, salt packaged for nasal irrigation is inexpensive and effective. A number of competitive and similar products include such pre-measured saline packets. This device doesn’t come with them. You will need to purchase these separately.Otherwise, this unit works well and does what it sets out to do. I intend to keep using it through hay fever season and beyond.

Its Rough
I used a Sinuspulse for 10 years and gave this product a try. I really like its portability, but all the modes are very rough on the my sinus.

I hate that thing, but it really help :P
Man oh man. Where's to start? Never had a problem before, but lately I had the feeling that my nose was stuck and my head felt like I have a ring around my head that wasn't painful, but you can feel the pressure so I had to use something. The more expensive Navage was an option, but I saw this so why not? At first, you need to find the good one that will fit you nose and what he can do. If you prefer a spray, there's one. You prefer something more intense? You got it and there's the option to make it go faster or slower. At first, my nose was stuck and I felt that it wasn't working well, but then I tried it 3-4 times and the water went to my nostril to the other. I used it two more times since then and now i'm fine. My head is feeling better and my nose isn't as stuck as it was. I took one star off because 300 mL isn't enough.don't forget to boil your water and wait or use sterilised water ok? :)
