Great Product
***PHOTOS ARE BEFORE AND AFTER***This product is what they describe it as. I noticed some bad reviews so I was hesitant to purchase until I read the bad reviews and noticed that they had nothing to do with the product itself but rather people messing up their phones before ever trying to apply the new back glass.Removing the broken glass is no easy task. It takes time and patience. (Which for me personally is not easy, but I took my time with this).Once the glass is removed it takes literal seconds to apply the new glass. Easy and simple!READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REMOVING YOUR BROKEN GLASS. I DID NOT & ALMOST MESSED UP MY PHONE AS A RESULT. I got lucky and didn’t mess anything up but it was a close call.

OMG
The replacement is plastic NOT glass. The tools are worthless. You will spend 4-6 hours on this. My first one and without any incidents. I used the flat pry bar until my fingers bled. Get some quality tools that you can keep when you buy this. It’s not a bad kit it’s just intense. Around the lenses is super complicated and need to have some wits about you. Must buy and center punch to get the glass out of the lens area. Stop frequently and clean the area. Get some glue to seal everything before sticking this on. The adhesive does nothing except hold it in place, very open. Not even water resistant using the adhesive alone. I used clear JB Weld Resin. Biggest relief was using tape to cover everything that you’re not working on so you don’t get bloody hands like I did. The glass thickness around lenses is double thickness. Understand what is behind the glass before digging, there is loose magnets that come out, there is delicate copper coils, the antennas, flash, sensors. All of this is sandwiched between the phone and glass, you dig in without knowing…you lose, 100% guarantee-kit-quality tools to pry and several Exacto blades-small heat gun-center punch-time-don’t drink liquor, won’t go well

Great product
Most of the bad reviews that this product has is about user error, if you take your time, and I mean TAKE YOUR TIME, it’s very possible to do. I have already had my back glass replaced by a different store so I think that made it easier for me to remove the adheasive. (Maybe the adheasive wasn’t as strong as apples) The camera spot is the hardest, but for me it was pretty easy because my glass was completely shattered and had cracks near the camera so mine lifted relatively easy. All this to say, my experience was probably easier than most, but the result was very worth it!

Getting the old glass off is a nightmare so be prepared
I havent been able to use it because none of the tools in this kit are useful for removing the old glass. Replacement may be fine but I can't tell if you can't get the old glass off.
