I purchased the. Leg exerciser, but soon realised that it was far too passive for me, I do walk about but felt I needed more exercise, I should have heeded the explanations about it being for chair bound people, probably it might help for this to be emphasised more

Purchased this item for my father in law who recently suffered a stroke and has lost the use of his left side of his body.Having little or no movement in his left leg his lower leg/ankle/foot became very swollen.The LegXercise provides gentle backwards and forwards movements which has helped him greatly and has substantially reduced the swelling in his lower leg.Maybe this product wasn't designed with stroke victims in mind but for my father in law it has been a fantastic tool in his road to recovery.

Did not last long, had to buy another.

Like very soothing massage on slow motion, blissful. Great to lie partially on my settee with the end block cushion out for the LegXercise with some props for right set up - use it for hours - slow motion best of all. No hassle with changing indoor footwear.

Mum loved this bit of kit - she is trying to increase her exercise levels again after a period of illness. This is used regularly.
