Easy to install. Took me under a minute. The lens can be turned to align the logo better with the car. Easy! And bright! Can easily be seen even in our brightly lit garage.

This is not exact fit for 2016 Escalade.
The plug on the vehicle has one spade turned 90 degrees and they are both small spades. The spade's on this light is one large and one small. Both are parallel. If you want it to work you will need to grind the large spade down to the small size and twist it to 90 degrees. I can't speak for other vehicles but on this vehicle if you want plug and play this isn't it... Once installed the light works but the angle is off so it doesn't look exactly like the photo. The lights are not tightly grouped and clear as pictured. The Cadillac emblem is stretched out and the lights get blurry as you go to the rear. I was hoping for something better for the price. I will try to upload pictures later to help explain the spade issue on the plug.
