It does remove the hair painlessly but the one I've received takes a while to totally remove an area of hair and misses very longer and shorter hair on my face, only clipping the midrange length hairs on first go.

This product has been so handy for my 'peach fuzz' on the sides of my face and upper lip. The hairs on my face aren't dark or long, but I did want to remove them so my makeup would go on smoother.The battery lasts forever! I think I've had mine now for almost a year and I haven't changed the battery at all. I wouldn't say this is suitable if you have thick leg hair like I do, but for thinner facial hair or even arm hair this would be suitable.

Really found this gadget useful, however I have had it less than 3 months and it has broken!!! Will probably try another make.

batteries were missing, but other then that it's a great must have product

worked well to begin with then went weak and stopped working so I changed the battery, however it still remained weak. I've cleaned it with the special brush provided and retried several times but the motor part no longer seems to be working. I've had this product for just over 3 months & expected it to have a much longer life span.

When I first opened the box, I was a bit worried that this might be an epilator type device rather than a trimmer but I'm happy to say it doesn't pull or hurt! It's easy to use and to clean with the brush provided and gives a very smooth and non irritated finish!
