PRO 11 WELLBEING 3/4 Orthotic Insole Support Helps Weak and Fallen Arches Also Plantar Fasciitis (7/8.5 UK)

I have arthritis of both knees (the joy🙄) and as first stage management (prior to orthopaedic doctor, jabs in the knees and heaven forbid an operation) my physiotherapist (a goddess of pain management by the way) instructed me to purchase in soles for my shoes with heel cup support to prevent knee roll and a medial arch support. They were expensive but I brought three sets and then went for these cheaper ones for my house shoe and gardening trainers...long story short they do the job and for the price when/if they fall apart I will gladly replace them👍

I have two pairs as have collapsed arches- they are a very inexpensive and useful was told that the half/3/4 fit are easier to use wich I have found to be true

I suspected plantar , and immediately bought these. They kind of hurt initially but that was actually a kind of massage “pain” with every step I took. I wanted to keep my trainers on because of the relief these insoles provide. I’m buying more because they honestly help.

I bought these before as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and I can't do without them now. Very easy to wear, good support, good price.

Plantar Fasciitis is painful, and I had never heard of it, so any relief would have been welcome. In the case of these supports I found them hard and uncompromising at first so switched from my trainers that I had been using them in. I put them in a pair of slip on shoes and what a huge difference, I cannot say that they alleviated the pain on their own as I had been doing suggested exercises as well. But a switch from trainers to shoes made these more comfortable overall.

Bought these for my husband's fallen arches. He says they really help and are comfortable to wear. So definitely will be getting more if needed. Excellent quality for the price and no more pain.

Well made and perfect fit

I've had these before but I threw them out with an old pair of shoes. I didn't realise how much I'd missed them until I bought this pair.No more pain in my knee or Calf fatigue.VERY happy. Oh and a really good price. Thank you
