This works well on all my guitars
I'm currently using this as a partial capo on a les paul, on the 12th fret. This fits on all of my guitars so far, from a large acoustic, to my mini baby taylor acoustic.I've used it on a les paul, an SG, a tele and a strat, all without issue. You can move each capo part over a string and it fits on anywhere up the fret board.

This Thing is WICKED
Does what I want it to, seemingly without fault/error of any kind. What else could I ask for? This ingenious invention allows you to make a different tuning out of your guitar without adjusting the tuning keys! Sick.

It is a lottery as to whether it works with your guitar
Had to return it, it did not work with my Taylor Guitar. When fitted correctly an open bass E string heavily struck buzzed because it was hitting the inside of the capo. Also pressure tuning issues on higher frets.I tried adjusting its height to avoid this, this worked for the E string but then the levers did not press hard enough on the frets so other strings either buzzed or had tuning issues.I think the idea is brilliant but it is a lottery as to whether it will work on your guitar. It needs a better design to make it more universal. Each lever arm should have an individual screw on it to adjust its height and thus the pressure on its individual string when operated. This should be obvious, some fret boards are flat but others are convex in varying degrees of curvature.

Got this today and not disappointed in the idea
Got this today and not disappointed in the idea.Well made and robust enough for what it's intended to do. I will only give it three stars for the moment because I'm not convinced it will suit my playing completely. Watch this space for an updates review. That's my initial opinion. I tried it as soon as I got it . For most guitars it will be fine it's maximum width will fit most necks at least up to the 9th or 10th fret. I play an older parlour guitar which has a slightly wider neck, so I don't expect this one will go more that 3 to 5 frets up my guitar;s neck. Also because most steel string and electrics guitars have radiused necks I noticed the middle two strings didn't quite get stopped firmly on the fret and rattled slightly. I have a flat neck and so I added some leather pads to the string stoppers and that cured that.Playing with the capo on is fine but it is much bulkier than most other capos so if it's mounted as instructed, then playing close to it is less that comfortable because I was wanting to avoid knocking it with my left hand. \playing with any speed, it might get in the way.I have ordered the harmonic "gloves" for it but they are being shipped separately.Watch this space for more. I think a classical guitar model would suit some better.

Spider capo
Not long enough for full size guitar, I wish I'd paid the extra and got a more expensive one this can't be secured to the neck! Really not a good product.
