Q: can someone link the proper cord for USA use please?

There's 1,000 links as I've mentioned... It works with a standard $3 computer power cable, the kind that goes into the transformer pack and not the end going into the laptop. On a desktop system, it's the one usually from the wall to the PSU. All the power conversion is done inide the unit so a plain cable is what we should've gotten from the Manufacturer. Turns out we ended up with a stock cable for NZ/Austrailia!
