Smiffys 21905 Victorian Kit, (Age 7-9)

Bought because we had to dress as Victorians at school for the day, apron very simple design, nothing fancy about it, hats are good quality but quite large so swamped my 8 year olds small head. It did the job for what we needed it for and didn't break the bank. Good value.

The material of the apron and hat was awful, it brought my daughter out in a rash that needed treatment from the Dr for. The price was ridiculous as well.

Purchased to add to a dress for a Florence Nightingale Day for my 5 Year old. For this purpose it is fine. You get what you pay for here, no more and no less. The fabric is very fine so a bit see through. The size, shape and quality are fine for the money. It will be added to dress ups when finished with. Should wash and press fine. Happy with my purchase.

I bought this for my daughter who is 11 to attend a Victorian day trip. It was very flimsy, and thin material. I ironed with starch and it looked ok for the day. A bit expensive for just a hat and apron of such basic quality.

Wished my wife had read the description fully very misleading picture had to order another outfit for the dress.. The apron and hat that cam were otherwise good...

My daughter wore this apron for Victorian Day. I trimmed it in cotton lace to make it a little less maid like as she was meant to be a Victorian School girl. I guess I should have made her or bought her a smock but this was totally fine...It is great value for a costume and it is now in our dress up box.

Like other reviewers, I thought I was getting the outfit pictured. Only the apron and hat are supplied.

I got this for my daughter for her Victorian day at school this week, it arrived and is awful the material is cheap, nasty and paper thin. I am pretty sure whoever made it is blind because I reckon my 6 year old could do a better job. I am now tasked with attempting to make one myself from an old pillow case which at 8 months pregnant I could do without. Top tip don’t waste your money on these pieces of tat wish I’d read the reviews and listened to them.
