A beautiful book that will keep your child entertained and help them to work through any worries

Engaging activity book
My son is a little younger than the recommended age but he can happily work through the activities with support. I like that it addresses a child's worries in a subtle and interactive way.

Calming and helpful
My daughter is 8 and said she found this book calming and helpful. She particularly enjoyed the colouring and drawing activities such as turning smudges into creatures but there is a good variety of writing and art activities to complete. She does get quite anxious at times and it was great to see her spending time chilling out away from the screen.
