Simple, easy to install cat door with a strong magnet and solid functionality! Great deal for the money!

We use this inside the house so the cats can come and go from bedroom when door is closed. 2 of our 3 cats (8 and 10 lb and both 1 year old) easily use it. We are trying to get our 3rd older cat (10 years and 13 lbs) to use it, but he refuses. We have had no problems with it . We do not use locking feature of door because our cats go through it at full speed and we don't want them to hit their head. Easy to install.

I converted the patio off my master bedroom in to a catio (cat patio) and built a frame to insert into the sliding glass door which included this for my cat to go in and out thru. Although it serves its purpose, the issue I found was that my cat could not push the plastic flap in or out to go thru. I tried to push it and found to not easy to open either way. I eventually removed the clear plastic flap. Admittedly, I should have checked on this before connecting it to the frame, but I thought that since this is for a small animal that it would have been designed to open easier for them. Keep this in mind when you consider this.

I thought it was going to be difficult to install but the directions were straight forward. Installed in less than 30 minutes

I recently purchased this Cat Door to provide outdoor access for my rabbits. Overall, it serves its purpose well, but I did encounter a few issues. The door itself is not very lightweight, which made it difficult for my rabbits to push open. As a result, they were unable to use it effectively, and I eventually had to remove it.The installation process is relatively straightforward, except for one aspect. I found cutting the plastic to fit the width of the wall to be a bit challenging. It required some effort and precision to ensure a proper fit. Once installed, the door is weatherproof, which is a great feature.Despite the challenges with the door's weight and the difficulty in cutting the plastic, it still performs adequately. However, I would recommend considering the weight of your pet and their ability to push open the door before purchasing. Overall, it serves its purpose as a cat flap door for interior or exterior use.

We ended up using this in our window (cut a piece of screen and glued it). You need anX-ACTO knife to cut the plastic or some sharp knife - that was the most difficult part. Our cats love having the freedom to come and go! The locking mechanism doesn’t really work so we just close our actual window when we want to keep kitties inside. They should make ones for window screens (the only other one I’ve seen is way too big. This small size is perfect).
