Outside temps are usually accurate so that helps to believe that the inside temps are, as well.I had to return the first one purchased due to the face being cracked. They immediately shipped one back and gave me 2 weeks to return the damaged one.Highly recommend

Can not hang on wall
Power cable plugs directly into back of unit. Unit cannot lay flat on wall and hangs at an angle. Programming same as other brands, complicated. Never could get atomic clock to sync.
