Very helpful item to monitor pills for older people. My mother in law was having trouble keeping track of pills and it was wearing my wife out trying to keep track and monitor her every day. We ordered this and although a little difficult to get initially set up it has been a very helpful item to control her daily pills. Downside we have discovered is that there is some play in the pill tray where it lines up to the dispenser door. She had a very small pill that was able to slip past and dispense out at the wrong time. One other is there is a locking key that you would think would be used to lock the pill dispenser but it is actually used to get to the battery tray. We have concern that my mother in law will try to open the pill dispenser to get pills out due to her thinking she hasn’t taken them yet. We would prefer the tray to be lockable also. Overall we are quite pleased with this so far. But be aware small pills can slip past.

This thing works GREAT! My 94 year old Mom had a stroke, because she was not taking her prescriptions for high blood pressure. We didn’t realize until it was too late that she had become confused about what, and when she was supposed to be taking her pills. This device solved ALL of that! Every day, at the same time(s), an alarm goes off to remind her, and the right pills are rotated to the open slot. She hasn’t missed a dose since! It is very easy to tell if she ever does miss a dose, because any pills not taken will advance to the next spot, and be clearly visible, but not accessible unless the device is unlocked and opened. I was a bit concerned because it is battery powered, but after 3 months, the battery indicator still shows a full charge. The directions for programming it are a bit challenging, but once it is done, no worries! I highly recommend this pill dispenser…….it has probably given my Mom a few more years of life!

Is amazing product, the life is more easy when I used because always forget the medice. And now with my Mom pill is too much. Excellent 🥰
