Is the pocket clip of reversible? And is it strong. enough to hold it to your pocket as you deploy the knife?

You can flip the clip since there are another set of holes. Retention to pants pocket is minimal unless you don’t seat the knife well. I will say that the knife has a nice sharp blade from factory. Nice knife poor sheath.

Is the clip adjustable to carry horizontally?

Hello Customer, I'm sorry that our clip can't adjustable to carry horizontally. That's 6 holes on the sheath the four holes placed vertically are for the clip, and the 2 holes placed horizontally are for the nylon lanyard.

The pocket clip is very strong, well made and can be reversed. The knife securely locks in place with a little pressure. This is a well made, small form factor knife and sheath.
