I really don’t know where to start with this product.It comes in a glass bottle, packaged well. On my initial try I took the recommended dose in a glass of water. It tasted pretty bitter towards the end. I stored it in the fridge after opening. The following day, I noticed the bitter taste had subsided. The second day I noticed some pain in my hand, like nerve type pain (tingling and numbness) and some upper back pain. I thought it maybe due to this product so I reduced the dose to less than half. Even then the pain persisted so I stopped taking it and my pain reduced. I started taking it again but with way less than the recommended dose ( a few drops) and the pain and numbness restarted. I discovered the pain was due to this supplement.First and foremost, this product is pretty expensive for a B complex supplement, which I won’t be able to have again.Secondly, it is far beyond the recommended daily intake. This is purely an overdose in a bottle. Having an overdose in supplements can cause more harm than good. I would totally avoid this product unless they Remanufactured this product with the recommended daily intake.

This vitamin liquid complex is really good! It helps me with many problems.° First fully. More than 3 years I had scin problem - eczema. As I started to drink this. Eczema stopped! I been trying many different ways to fight with it. Nothing really helped. I felt no hope to find problem root.° Second. I have problem with my intestines. It was wery hard in toilet for longer time. Doctors told me to use some medicine to make my intestine work more quickly. It is just helping for one day when I was using medicaments. So this vitamin complex helping me with this problem. I think so it is from this vitamin complex. I am using some other vitamins as well. But in vitamin description in Google I could found that one of vitamin B are good for this problem.° Third.
